How long does my order take to process?
Due to the customisation for your lens purchase, we need to allow two business days to all purchase (standard business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays). After your lenses have been custom made we will send through tracking number.
What are the frames made from?
Our frames are made out of the highest quality Japanese cellulose acetates and titanium. Selva Eyewear glasses are handmade in Japan and take approximately three months to be constructed. Every frame is cut or forged individually, making every frame rare and unique.
What is the quality of the lens?
Here at Selva Eyewear we only use top quality lenses that are from local suppliers, that comply with all Australian standards. Our lenses can be custom made to fit your optical needs; for example if your are glare-sensitive we would recommend polarised lenses which we can arrange at an additional cost.
Do you make prescription lenses?
Not yet, however we're working closely with a local lab to make this happen and become a complete eyewear solution.

What do I get with my purchase?
With every purchase of optical and sunglasses you will receive the product selected, a hard case, a hard fold down case (a handy option to fit smaller handbags) two cleaning cloths and a spray cleaner for your lenses.

What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You’ll see Selva Eyewear on your invoice and transaction history if you pay by credit or debit card. We take security very seriously and partner with a secure online payment gateway.
What if I want to change my order?
Once we've received your order it's our biggest job to get it to you quickly, so unfortunately changes can’t be made. This will also include delivery method, delivery address, payment options and the product you have selected.
So if you're having second thoughts, please contact us straight away so we can attempt to adjust your order in time.
The frames and sunglass lenses come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty. Please note this doesn't cover general wear and tear. To file a warranty claim please contact us at email@example.com
How do I take care of my new purchase?
With your purchase you will receive the correct tools to keep your glasses flawless. Both the cleaning cloth and spray have been designed specifically for our materials, therefore will not damage your product. DO NOT use any paper towel, tissue (unless with spray) or piece of clothing to clean your lenses. We recommend the following method;
SPRAY, TISSUE, CLOTH
Spray the lenses with the optical spray provided then use a normal tissue on the lenses when wet to get ride of any oils or makeup. Finally, use the cloth provided to polish and sparkle.
Can I wear my sunglasses while swimming?
Yes you can, however we do not recommend this as saltwater or chlorine can corrode the sunglass coating on the lenses.
